Simple simple, delicious, soft and tasty, I took advantage of the preparation for the cake of a famous brand that we can find in the department of all the mini supermarket, any brand is fine (they are all good, we have done everything!) and then embellished with fantasy, in this case with jam Cherry but I assure you that it's perfectly even stuff with homemade hot chocolate or cream made with ready-prepared, or, to finish with the chocolate mixed with orange marmalade.
INGREDIENTS:
Cake mixes
cherry jam enough
half apple
3 tablespoons Cointreau liqueur
vanilla sugar.
Butter the pan and let 4 / 5 full curls of butter, pour the mixture for the cake, cut the apples into wedges and place on prepared in a circle to cover the surface of the cake.
Place in oven pre heated to 180 degrees and cook for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes, divide it into two layers and fill the bottom layer with the liquor, add the jam to create a layer of 2 cm about, put on the other half of cake, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and .... good appetite !!:))
