I look directly at the point that the supermarkets sell both traditional retail shops and markets. At least as regards the fruit tease consumers.

Let me explain with two extreme situations, but significant:
1) The quality offer remains unchanged both in origin, as in the gauge in the selection but the price remains unchanged despite the lower purchase costs in many cases.
2) The price falls but the quality more than price decreases. You get almost scandalous to offer goods, small, old, and hail battered, immature or overripe.

With these techniques do not improve promotion and sales. The buyer gets nervous and moves away from fresh produce. In this area you do not understand and did not even study the mentality of the consumer, who wants nothing more than a clearer relationship between supply and demand.

Why would you make real discounts? Same products at lower prices, or lower price with lower quality but with an explanation of why and why not?

Too much is still mistrust the people against the trader almost always seen as a speculator. Why is not it the relationship with the producer who also does not give anything?
